Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and EZTV4you (“EZTV4you”, “we”, “us”). They apply to this website and to every subscription you order through it (the “Services”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use EZTV4you

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You must give accurate, complete information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • One account per person. Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account, and you agree to tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

2. What we do, and what we don’t

EZTV4you is a reseller. We activate your subscription with an independent, third-party service provider, help you connect your device, and manage your subscription with that provider. We do not own, operate or control any server, stream, channel or content. Providers may add, remove or change channels, change picture quality, or stop operating at any time, without notice to us or to you. We cannot guarantee that any channel, program, feature or level of service will be available, or that a service will stay online for the full length of your subscription.

EZTV4you is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any television network, broadcaster, studio, league or channel. All channel names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Your responsibilities

Lawful use. The laws that apply to streaming services differ from place to place. You are responsible for making sure that your purchase and use of any Service complies with the laws of the country, province or state where you live, including copyright and broadcasting laws. You use the Services at your own risk.

Personal use only. Subscriptions are for your own personal, non-commercial use in your household. You may not share, sell, lend or redistribute your login details or connection, show the Services in a public or commercial setting, or use more simultaneous connections than your plan allows.

Your device and setup. You are responsible for having a compatible device, app, internet connection and the skill to set them up. We offer setup guides and reasonable help, but we cannot promise that your particular device or app will work. Make sure the Device/App, MAC address, username and email you give us are correct. Setup details sent to the wrong email address, or to a MAC address that is locked to another provider, are your responsibility.

No abuse. You may not use the site or Services for anything unlawful, try to access other customers’ accounts or our systems, interfere with the site, or scrape or copy it.

4. Accounts, approval and closure

  • New accounts are reviewed before they can log in. We may decline an account for any lawful reason.
  • Once your account is approved, you must place your first order within 72 hours. If you don’t, the account is closed automatically. You may contact us to have it reopened.
  • Accounts with no orders for an extended period may be deactivated. Your information is kept and the account can be turned back on by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or close your account, and cancel any active order, if you break these Terms, reverse or dispute a payment, abuse our staff or systems, or if the law requires it. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of a subscription that has already been activated.
  • You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Orders, prices and payment

  • An order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel any order before it is activated, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or abuse, or because the provider can no longer supply the service. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund that payment in full.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. If a service is listed at a wrong price because of a typing or supplier error, we may cancel orders placed at that price.
  • You pay using one of the methods shown at checkout (for example Interac e-Transfer or PayPal). Payment is made directly through that service and is subject to its terms. We never see or store card numbers or bank details on this site.
  • Your subscription is activated after we confirm your payment. Please allow up to 12 hours (see our Delivery Policy). Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled.
  • Coupon codes are subject to the limits shown when you apply them, can be used once per order, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn by us at any time before an order is placed.

6. Subscription length and renewals

Your subscription runs for the length of the plan you bought, starting when it is activated. Subscriptions do not renew automatically and we do not store any payment method. We may email you a reminder before your subscription ends. To continue, place a renewal order before the end date. If you do not, your service simply stops at the end of the term.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Because your subscription is activated with the provider as soon as we process your order and cannot be taken back, all sales are final once your account has been activated. Please read our Refund Policy before ordering.

By placing an order, you ask us to begin providing the Service as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you agree that the Service has been fully delivered once your subscription is activated and your setup details have been emailed to you.

Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

8. No warranties

The site and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, title or non-infringement. In particular, we do not promise that:

  • any Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of buffering or outages;
  • any channel, program, event or feature will be available or will remain available;
  • a Service will work with your device, app, internet connection, VPN or internet provider; or
  • a provider will continue to operate.

Internet service providers in some regions may block or slow streaming services. We are not responsible for that, and we do not offer refunds because of it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • EZTV4you, its owner and anyone working with us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost enjoyment, lost savings or lost profits, arising from the site, the Services, or the acts or omissions of any provider, even if we were told such damages were possible.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims relating to any order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order.

Some places do not allow some of these limits. In that case, these limits apply only as far as the law allows.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate EZTV4you and its owner against any claim, loss, fine, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a Service, or your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights.

11. Our content

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site (text, design, logos, graphics, icons and images, and the way they are arranged) belongs to EZTV4you and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

12. Third-party links and referrals

The site may link to other websites and products, including VPN services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or products. Some links are referral links, which means EZTV4you may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.

13. Emails from us

We will email you about your account and orders, for example order confirmations, payment and setup details, and renewal reminders. These are part of the Service and you will receive them while you have an account. We send marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw that consent at any time on your Account page or by contacting us.

14. Privacy

How we collect, use and share your information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If a change is significant, we will email the address on your account. Using the site or placing an order after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the change, except where required by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the courts of Ontario, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If you live in a province or country whose consumer laws give you the right to sue where you live, nothing in this section removes that right.

17. General

  • These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and EZTV4you about the site and the Services, and replace any terms you include with an order.
  • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer our rights if the business is sold or reorganized.
